Ashley Clendennin, MS, OTR/L

Occupational & Vocational Therapist

Ashley Clendennin, MS, OTR/L is a Neuro Occupational Therapist and Vocational Specialist with expertise in providing client-centered, evidence-based care for individuals of all ages experiencing cognitive, ADL/IADL, and physical challenges. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science in Occupational Science and Therapy from Grand Valley State University. Ashley’s clinical experience spans outpatient rehabilitation, psychiatric hospitals, educational settings, and neuro-specialized environments. She emphasizes neuroplasticity and tailored interventions that address each client’s unique goals, life circumstances, and functional needs. Ashley is skilled in areas such as traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, and vision therapy, focusing on helping clients achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life. She is committed to advocating for the medical necessity of services and empowering clients to reach their maximum potential through innovative and individualized therapeutic approaches.

Rachel DeMaagd, MS, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Rachel E. DeMaagd, MS, OTR/L, is a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist with extensive experience across neurological, oncological, and pediatric populations. She earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University. Rachel is licensed in the state of Michigan and certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Rachel specializes in outpatient neurological and oncology rehabilitation, working with individuals recovering from CVA, TBI, Parkinson’s, MS, and more. She is Vivistim-trained and skilled in vision therapy intervention, with a strong commitment to providing individualized, evidence-based care while maintaining adherence to documentation and insurance standards.

Andrew Rehling,
MS, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Andrew Rehling, MS, OTR/L, is a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist dedicated to helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. He holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Clarkson University, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University. Andrew is licensed in the state of Michigan and certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. His diverse background includes hands-on care in hospitals, health centers, and schools, as well as prior experience as a rehabilitation technician and caregiver. Driven by empathy, evidence-based practice, and a passion for helping others achieve their fullest potential, Andrew brings both skill and heart to every client interaction.

Hayleigh Johnson

Operations Coordinator

Hayleigh Johnson brings a strong background in healthcare administration, operations management, and credentialing. Hayleigh earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with a specialization in Leadership from Capella University. She is passionate about efficiency, accuracy, and fostering collaboration within healthcare teams to ensure the highest quality of service and compliance. Hayleigh supports daily business operations and financial processes, helping to refine administrative systems, track performance, and maintain compliance. With a foundation in behavioral health and patient care, Hayleigh is dedicated to continuous growth and to contributing meaningfully to the backend operations of Neuroplastic Rehab. We are blessed to have her on a part of our team!
